This is a Tomer Hemed Match worn shirt Vs. Croatia from the 2012 Euro Qualifiers. In this match, Israel lost 3-1 with Hemed scoring their only goal. For some odd reason, the patches were removed/fell off the shirt when it was washed after the game.
