This is a match issued Lior Refaelov shirt from Israel's Euro 2016 qualifying match Vs. Belgium on March 31, 2015 at Teddy Stadium in Jerusalem. Israel lost the match 1-0 on a goal by Marouane Fellaini. Lior Refaleov came on in the 66th minute as a substitute for Shiran Yeini. This shirt was given to me as a gift my the Israeli national team kitman. It is extremely rare as the long sleeve shirts were only worn by a few players in only this match.
